ABOUT ME
A Journey From Neuroscience...
As far I can remember, I always wanted to be a 'brain doctor'.
Many years down the line from that childhood dream, I completed my BSc in Psychobiology and my MSc in Cognitive Neuroscience, graduating with honours from the University of Padua (Italy) before carrying on with academic research.

I worked as a research trainee at the NeMo Lab (University of Padua), San Camillo IRCCS Research Hospital (Venice) and at Goldsmiths University (London), specialising in the study of attentive, social and motor processes. During that time, I became an expert in techniques of neurovisualisation and neuromodulation like electroencephalography (EEG), transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS) and transcranial random noise stimulation (tRNS), as well as eyetracking.

...To SEO and Customer Acquisition
Living in London led me to a path I didn't know existed, the one to Search Engine Optimization.
Starting from an internship for a fintech start-up, I then worked my way up both in-house and agency-side with a number of enterprise brands in manufacturing, retail and travel, specialising in technical and international SEO.
Most recently, I took on the role of Director of Customer Acquisition for a global marketplace.

My approach to search and acquisition is customer-centric, driven by the desire to connect with the real people behind the query and the expertise that my years as a neuroscientist equipped me with. I am currently leading independent tests on cognitive bias and attentional processes that will further expand the neuromarketing toolset my clients can benefit from.

I am also a mentor, an industry awards judge and an international public speaker, where I like to talk about the role of neuroscience in customer acquisition, test and learns and data analytics for executive buy-in.
